Scale
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1–2 tbsp brown sugar
- 4–7 Thai chiles, depending on spice preference, finely chopped

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Warm it in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir a few minutes help dissolve the sugar.
- Taste!
- The key to Thai cooking is getting the flavor to what your taste buds enjoy. I prefer this sauce to taste more spicy and sour, but my sis-n-law likes it a little more sweet, so just make it whatever taste you enjoy the most!
- Bring 6 cups of water to boil.
- Add shrimp, and cook for 1-2 minutes until red.
- Drain shrimp.
- Dip the shrimp, and enjoy!
Notes
