Slow Cooker: Massaman Beef Curry

All the cozy flavors of Thai Massaman curry, but with the ease of the crockpot!  Massaman Beef Curry Slow Cooker, the best way to warm up a cold night!

Mix together the curry paste and coconut milk in your crockpot.

Add beef, potatoes and onion, and, if needed, chicken broth until the potatoes are mostly covered with liquid. Cook it low and slow for 8 hours, or high for 4-6 hours.

Once it’s done, add peanuts,  fish sauce, sugar, and tamarind paste. Serve with jasmine rice and your favorite veggie side dish! Check out full recipe below!
