How to Make Thai Spicy Pimento Cheese

Description

Creamy, cozy pimento cheese paired with spicy, zesty Thai curry flavors, the perfect way to enjoy your favorite cracker or sandwich!


Ingredients

Scale

1 and 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup pimentos (diced)

1tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. white pepper powder

2-3 tsp Thai red curry paste, depending on spice tolerance

1 and 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 fresh Thai chili, minced (optional, more if you really want a spicy kick)

1 fresh Kaffir Lime leaf, thinly sliced and sprinkled on top (optional)


Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a mixer or just with a spoon in a bowl. Add more cheese, Thai curry paste and Thai chilies to taste. If using, sprinkle some kaffir lime on top.

Enjoy with crackers or on a sandwich of choice!
