Tips for the Best Thai Mango Smoothie

  • Use frozen mango: It makes the smoothie naturally thick without watering down the flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness: Mango sweetness can vary a lot, so taste and add more sweetener if needed.
  • Blend thoroughly: Smoothies should be silky smooth with no fruit chunks. Blend until completely creamy, It often takes longer than you think.
  • Use full fat coconut milk: It gives the smoothie a richer, more tropical flavor.
  • Serve immediately: Smoothies taste best right after blending while they are still thick and cold.
