Sherry, just a quick note to let you know that I find this the most pleasant, user friendly Thai food blog I’ve encountered so far! I recently got into cooking Thai food, and now I want to try all recipes 🙂 I find the recipes on your blog the most useful of all that I found. Bonus: my Chinese husband loves the Thai food I cook a lot. The son-in-law eggs and pineapple rice are his favorite so far.

If you have any more vegetarian recipes, (like paad pak priew waan), I’d love to read them. Our family doesn’t eat meat, fish and sea food, and I wonder what more the Thai kitchen has to offer in that field.

    Love your blog, many thanks!

Hi Judith! Thank you for your encouraging comment! I’m so glad that my blog has been helpful to you and that’s so fun your Chinese husband enjoys your Thai cooking 🙂 Thanks for that suggestion to provide more vegetarian Thai dishes. There certainly are so many amazing ones, and I’ll gladly post more of them for you all!
